ABOUT ME
I am a strong believer in eating organic whole foods to give your body a better chance for health. I don’t count calories but I focus on the best nutrients for my body. Together we explore implementing gradual changes through basic improvements in your food choices. As the changes accumulate and become habits they collectively create a much larger impact than you might have originally anticipated.
As an integrative health coach I also propose to be your movement coach, I will guide you to create new habits around movement so that you can build up your body with a soft approach. A little everyday and in the long run it will makes a lot.
I believe in small changes for huge results
Small changes will lead to a huge difference in your vitality and well being. I will help you find the food and lifestyle changes that best suits you. I propose learning Tai Chi along with changing your eating habits to balance your moods, sleep better and have more energy on a daily basis.
